About the Recipe
The story of making hummus starts in Jordan, where we first enjoyed it with Heinie and Esma. I’ll never forget that moment — sitting around the table, laughing and sharing this incredible dish. It was so delicious; I knew I had to learn how to make it. Esma, being from the Middle East, was the perfect person to teach me, and she did so with such patience and warmth. That experience wasn’t just about food; it was about bonding, learning from each other, and creating memories that are still with me every time I make hummus at home.
